Paula Hughes works as an Art Director and Fashion Stylist for International brands, agencies and publications. She is based between London and Dublin.
Paula has worked with some of the world’s leading brands: Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Swarovski, Sony, Brown Thomas, and Marks & Spencer; discovering a brand’s essence and bringing it to life through creative fashion advertising campaigns, fashion film, and editorial.
She worked as Chief Stylist and Creative Consultant with Primark on the company’s global fashion campaigns throughout the growth of the company, helping to firmly establish them as a globally recognised fashion brand.
In recent years she has put special emphasis on working with Irish companies helping to establish them as international brands with her distinctive visual storytelling across all platforms.
In 2019 she art directed the ‘Arc Abstracted’ exhibition in aid of Arc Cancer support with photographer Eilish McCormick and designer/producer Helen Cody.
In 2020 she colaborated with photographer and director Boo George on the film Só, commissioned by Design & Craft Council of Ireland. The second in a trilogy, the first film Fí, was with photographer and director Perry Ogden 2019.
